Healing is not one size fits all. At Creating Pathways, we integrate evidence-informed psychotherapy with mind-body approaches to support regulation, insight, and lasting change. Services are tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Core Service Categories

1. Individual Psychotherapy

Trauma informed therapy focused on anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, identity challenges, and life transitions. Sessions emphasize nervous system stabilization, cognitive clarity, and structured healing.

2. Trauma Recovery & Nervous System Regulation

Specialized support for PTSD, complex trauma, and chronic stress patterns. Work includes nervous system education, regulation skills, and integration of traumatic experiences at a pace that maintains safety.

3. Integrative Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan to access deeper patterns, reduce emotional intensity, and support trauma integration. Always grounded in clinical structure and consent based care.

4. Family & Relationship Support

Guidance for families navigating conflict, communication breakdown, parenting stress, and trauma related relational strain.

COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER(S)

Some clients benefit from additional care coordination and practical support. Through collaboration with Community Health Workers, we help address barriers that may impact treatment progress, including housing stability, benefit navigation, resource linkage, and structured follow-through.

This integrated model supports whole-person healing by addressing both emotional and environmental stressors.
